Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day guarantee above is offered on top of this.

How to return

  1. Email support@sentrix.org.uk with your order number and a quick note.
  2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
  3. Send the item back complete and in resaleable condition within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

Once we receive the item (or proof of return), we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; for faulty or incorrect items, we do.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and we’ll repair or replace defects covered by the 1-year warranty. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

SIM subscription

The SIM data subscription is separate from the device. Your 2 free months aren’t charged. We remind you before your SIM data expires and you renew in the app if you want to. Nothing is charged automatically (see Terms).
