These terms govern the sale of Sentrix products by Sentrix ("we", "us"), 51 Springfield Road, London N15 4AY, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Sentrix is a hidden GPS tracker for vehicles and assets, supplied with access to the free Sentrix app. Live tracking requires the device’s SIM data service (see section 4). Performance figures (battery, accuracy, time-to-fix) are typical values and vary with environment, signal and configuration.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order/dispatch confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an order (e.g. stock or pricing error) we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices are in GBP and shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we don’t store your card details. Promotional "Founders" pricing is time-limited and may revert to the RRP afterwards.
Each device includes 2 months of SIM data free. After that, live tracking needs an active SIM subscription of £30 per year, which renews annually until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the app or by emailing support@sentrix.org.uk; cancellation stops the next renewal. The app itself is free. We’ll remind you before your free period ends.
We offer free UK shipping. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
You have the right to cancel and return your order — see our Returns & Refunds policy, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel and our 30-day money-back guarantee.
The device carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described).
You may only use Sentrix to track assets you own or have clear authorisation to track. Using a tracking device to monitor a person without their knowledge or consent may be illegal. You are responsible for using the product lawfully; we accept no liability for unlawful use.
Sentrix is a deterrent and recovery aid; we don’t guarantee prevention or recovery of any theft. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. the value of a stolen asset). Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can’t be limited by law.
